TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
General Aspects
1. The Inscription fee includes:
- 2 coffee breaks.
- 1 lunch.
- Folder for the conference (program,
list of participants, sponsors’ material,
block of notes).
- Access to conference sessions.
The conference presentations will be
available on the conference Web site
www.cesco.cl/exploracion about a week
after the event ends (depends on the
authorization of publication, from the
authors). We will send the password to
download presentations, to your contact
Email.
2. Each nomination must be supported
by a Purchase Order or Email signed by
the owner or authorized person for the
event.
3. Payment should be made against invoice.
The deadline is 5 days after receiving
the invoice. For every 30 days past the
due-date a charge of 5% interest will
apply.
4. All attendees must have their registration
properly billed and paid prior to the
event otherwise they cannot attend the
meeting.
5. Once the invoice is issued, we will
send a receipt and a form of pre- accreditation
with all the reverence data for final
accreditation on the day of the event,
by registered mail. The credentials and
working materials will be given personally
and individually to each attendee, at
the time of final registration.
6. The timing of the program may be
subject to amendments, and its term may
be extended.
7. The venue of the Conference of Exploration
is the Hotel Sheraton & Convention
Center, Santiago de Chile.
A good theme for the conference, with
high-level speakers, combined with a
first-class event always provides the
best environment for learning and networking
for our participants and sponsors. That's
why we invite you to be part of our event
as sponsors and you may use any of the
alternatives listed. We offer our collaboration
to potential sponsors to help them define
how best to meet their marketing and
commercial objectives through participation
in our conference.
